1. Data controller
Laura Secci, owner of Le Delizie di Zio Bibi, VAT 17932701000, Corso Centocelle 20, 00053 Civitavecchia (RM). For any request about your data: +39 349 822 3031.
2. What data we collect
- “Zio Bibi Family” and gift card forms: name, phone number and any other data you choose to give us (e.g. birthday, email).
- Bookings: online bookings are handled by TheFork (see point 5). The data you enter in the calendar is received by TheFork and shared with us to manage your table.
- Technical data: the server hosting the site logs technical browsing data (e.g. IP address) for security and operation.
3. Why and on what legal basis
- Managing bookings and requests: performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Sending you news and offers on WhatsApp or email: only with your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time by replying “STOP” or writing to us.
4. How long
We keep data for 24 months from the last contact, unless the law requires otherwise or you withdraw consent.
5. Who we share it with
We never sell or hand over your data. It is processed on our behalf, as data processors (Art. 28 GDPR), only by the technical providers we need: the website hosting provider and the CRM platform we use to manage contacts and messages (HighLevel/LeadConnector, with servers also outside the EU and transfers protected by standard contractual clauses). Online bookings go through TheFork (TheFork SAS), an independent controller under its own privacy policy.
6. Cookies
The site only uses strictly necessary technical tools (e.g. session storage to remember which link brought you here). We do not use profiling cookies or third-party analytics.
The booking calendar is provided by TheFork and embedded in the home page: TheFork may use its own technical cookies, governed by its cookie policy. The Google Maps link opens Google’s service. Fonts are served by Google Fonts.
7. Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing (Arts. 15-22 GDPR), and lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
